The cost of any web design or other activity undertaken by Web Design In Spain (WDIS) will be clearly stated to the client in writing (either by letter or by E-Mail) - and will be in accordance with "our prices information "
The client will supply text and photographs in web-ready format (eg Word files or .jpg/.png/.gif photo files).
This charge, unless indicated to the contrary, will be a costsper year CHARGE and will be the renewal charge due each year unless stated to the contrary. The date for renewal will be the date of initial registration of the Domain Name
A Domain Name charge is made of 25€ a year to cover registration and management - unless client has already registered a name and is managing the name themselves.
50% of any design charge quotation/estimate will be payable in advance prior to design submissions.
The balance is payable prior to final acceptance and to going live on-line.
Once full payment has been received - the site will be placed "live" and search engine optimisation and submissions will immediately commence.
All charges may be subject to any taxes levied (eg TVA) under statutory national legislation.
All charges relating to work carried out by WDIS must be paid for in advance. WDIS reserves the right to immediately terminate access to any site should payment have been sought and not received within the agreed period.
Renewal is automatic unless WDIS has been notified. If a client wishes to remove their site to another provider, there will be a 50€ charge to release all the files and to arrange for the FTP of all files to the new server. This transfer, in the case of MySql database information, shall be limited to the transfer of the most updated .sql file relevant.
